Police have opened a probe into Danny Tommo after he shared a video of himself slashing a dinghy in the English Channel.The activist had been live-streaming his attempt the puncture the boat - with nobody aboard - before it drifted away.A few seconds later, a French rescuer stepped onto the dinghy from his own larger boat.As Danny Tommo, or Daniel Thomas, drew closer, he then successfully slashed one side of the inflatable dinghy.
