Residents in Bristol have been left baffled after a privacy fence was built just a few inches from a property's living room window.Enormous wooden panels now sit mere centimetres from the ground floor of the house in Lockleaze, entirely blocking any view from inside.Workers were spotted carrying out construction at the unoccupied Bristol bunker earlier this week, stirring up a concoction of confusion and bemusement across the community.The newly-constructed sturdy structure now blocks any natural light from entering through the window.A gap exists between the building and the driveway that could potentially pose a danger to small children with local workers suggesting the drop would be classified as a hazard.One neighbour said: "When I initially saw the fence I thought just the same as everyone else who's seen it really - I mean what were they thinking?"It totally blocks the living room window of any light and view.
