A cricket club has been accused of cheating after footage appeared to show a fielder clicking his fingers to simulate the sound of a bat edge during a match.The clip, captured during a second XI Division 2 encounter in the North Yorkshire and South Durham Cricket League, has now been viewed more than three million times on social media.The league has launched a formal investigation into the Saltburn player's conduct, with accusations that the deception was intended to fool the umpire into giving the batsman out.The incident occurred during Saltburn's match against Norton, when a video appeared to capture a Saltburn fielder snapping his fingers at the precise moment the ball travelled past batsman Noman Shabir's blade.
