Andy Burnham has been accused of "rejecting justice" by the Shadow Crime Minister after failing to exclude PC Andrew Harper's killers from his latest early release reforms.

Speaking to GB News, Shadow Crime Minister Matt Vickers hit out at the Prime Minister over his "disgraceful" and "disgusting" decision.After an initial pause on the early release of criminals from September, Mr Burnham has confirmed that grooming gang rapists will not be let out before the end of their sentence.However, the killers of PC Harper, among others, are still scheduled for their early release.
